He is great to follow up through out the buying process and then again after I have taken delivery. Sure, its cost me to send my trade in across state lines, and the overall process in longer, but I will always go back to Matt and MB Westminster. Highly recommend to anyone! More

I asked three young employees hanging at the entrace to help me get my credit card out from behind the "ashtray" (most people use it to hold money/ credit cards).... They said they had to get Cody from Service. The youngest guy was sent out to my car and said it will take over an hour and I have to come back Monday. It happened ones before, and it took about FIVE minutes! I told them you did it before in five minutes... and he said Cody doesn't want to do it, I better come back Monday.... Well, I'm never coming back, my next purchase and service will surely be anywhere but Mercedes Benz in Westminster. More
