Wonderful Mercedes Experience! When I first entered the MB dealership, I was dressed in jeans and tennis shoes and thought, "I bet these guys don't give me the time of day." But I When I first entered the MB dealership, I was dressed in jeans and tennis shoes and thought, "I bet these guys don't give me the time of day." But I was wrong. Jim Plank greeted me with professional courtesy and kindness and made me feel very welcome. He did in fact, give me his full and gracious attention. (Furthermore, I was just checking out MB based on my husband's recommendation. I was fully intending on getting a Subaru, so Mr. Plank had a ways to go to get me to even consider an expensive luxury car!). His approach was honest and knowledgeable and before long, I was hooked. My husband and I really enjoyed our time with Mr. Plank and were soon the proud owners of a GLA (his name is Ben). I would definitely recommend Mr. Plank and the Westminster MB dealership to anyone in the market for a new Subaru (I mean Mercedes Benz!). PS. Mr. Weiler and KB were great too!!! More

Jeff is a true professional, an individual with patience who is willing to explain and re-explain even months after purchasing a car. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jeff and on both occasions never had to play the "negotiate and wait" game that you typically have to deal with through the car buying process. Jeff took the time to understand both my needs and my wants, he understood where I was willing to be financially and did not try to stray from this. He is an honest sales professional and his team will have my business for years to come. I sat down with Jeff a year after my first purchase, the first lease of my life as I still did not quite understand and he took an hour and half out of his day to be sure that I understood every aspect of the lease and what options I have from this point forward.
