Let me take all the time that was needed to pick out the exact car I wanted. Never once did he seem irritated nor did he try to push me towards something I didn't want. This place wants your business forever and they earn it. I communicated my issue with 2 other dealers. I explained that I had just purchased a 2 door coupe, only to find out my daughter was pregnant with my first grandchild and the 2 door wouldn't fit a car seat easily. I called Westminster and they asked me to come in. I asked them to tell me before I made the significant drive that if they were just going to get me there and try to extract more money out of me to let me know before I made the trip. They assured me they would work with my situation. We came to an agreement in about 15 minutes after a test drive and they kept every promise. We both benefited from the deal. I would go there 100 times. More

Excellent Buying Experience I had an unusually agreeable car buying experience that I would like to share. Expertly facilitated by Jeff McDowell, salesperson at Westminister Merc I had an unusually agreeable car buying experience that I would like to share. Expertly facilitated by Jeff McDowell, salesperson at Westminister Mercedes, I walked away with a great used car at a reasonable and comparable price. I researched market value of the car I hoped to purchase and with Jeff's help I was able to reach a quick agreement on the terms of purchase. The good experience did not stop here, Jeff called a few weeks later to ask if I was happy with my purchase and to make sure that I had received the necessary tag paperwork. For my convenience, he went so far as to locate and send a map to the nearest DMV counter. Thank you Jeff for making this transaction painless bordering on enjoyable.
