Jeff and his team were very accommodating to our schedule. They even came 25 minutes to OUR house to appraise our trade in. They got all the paperwork ready prior to us coming in and we were out under two hours. We have two small children that had a wonderful time there as well. They were given juice and milk as well as teddy bears. They also enjoyed looking at and going inside the smart car located next to Jeff's' desk. More

This place wants your business forever and they earn it. I communicated my issue with 2 other dealers. I explained that I had just purchased a 2 door coupe, only to find out my daughter was pregnant with my first grandchild and the 2 door wouldn't fit a car seat easily. I called Westminster and they asked me to come in. I asked them to tell me before I made the significant drive that if they were just going to get me there and try to extract more money out of me to let me know before I made the trip. They assured me they would work with my situation. We came to an agreement in about 15 minutes after a test drive and they kept every promise. We both benefited from the deal. I would go there 100 times. More

Expertly facilitated by Jeff McDowell, salesperson at Westminister Mercedes, I walked away with a great used car at a reasonable and comparable price. I researched market value of the car I hoped to purchase and with Jeff's help I was able to reach a quick agreement on the terms of purchase. The good experience did not stop here, Jeff called a few weeks later to ask if I was happy with my purchase and to make sure that I had received the necessary tag paperwork.
