Amazing Customer Service I stopped by this dealership to see what they could do with the current Mercedes I was leading. I got the car in California, so it was not equipped fo I stopped by this dealership to see what they could do with the current Mercedes I was leading. I got the car in California, so it was not equipped for the Colorado winters. My lease wasn't over yet, and they made sure they could do everything to work with me. Jim Plank, my sales rep, just wanted to see me in something safe. They were able to get me into a new vehicle safe for the CO snow. The entire I worked with Jim and his team I felt like family.
