Sorry that we were not able to come to terms on this transaction. We are not disconnected but we did present our best offer and did not wish to continue negotiating. In my nearly 18 years at this store I have been a part of many, many hundreds of out of state transactions. We welcome and encourage out of state business and I'm sorry that you view simply not agreeing to terms as a lack of warmth and being disconnected. I believe there are 7 MB dealers in your state, If any of them want to work out the numbers to your satisfaction and provide us a comparable vehicle in trade I would consider trading with them. Alternatively, we would still be excited to finish the deal with you at the numbers that have been presented and look forward to providing you excellent service if you choose to give us that opportunity. Greg, In my 40 years of management. Never have I declined to speak with a customer. Your leadership and sales team needs some training. While it is a sellers market today; first impressions are key. Family was shocked to read your salesman's condensending and unprofessional communications. I simply wanted to speak with another point of contact at your dealership; which you declined twice.
