Owned many cars in my 71 years but this is first Mercedes. Have never seen a service dept as clean and well organized. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our experience at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. Ms. Kit Carlson was a great salesperson-she was helpful, enthusiastic and available. Ryan was very personable with good follow up and good product knowledge. I asked that the vehicle not have your advertising on it and it did, so my request was ignored.
