We were truly in pressed with Jeff in the finance department. He exhibit professional and knowledge in the financing of our Mercedes. Crystal was very helpful in making all the right selection of accessories my husband wanted, all the way to the heated seats in the back seat. The entire team at Mercedes made us feel very important. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We look forward to next year when I get my new SUV. More

This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Mercedes Benz of Westminster, every time it has been a very positive experience, we are treated so well, we even know some of the staff on a first name basis. I buy or lease a car every three years. Most of the negotiation is held over the phone because I know exactly what I need. Unfortunately this year my favorite model the CL550- was on a roll off, which negotiation is held over the phone because I know exactly what I need. Unfortunately this year my favorite model the CL550- was on a roll off, which meant it had limited availability, and only two color choices. This meant I had to visit the dealership to drive a couple of models and finally select a CLS550. A CLS550 is not a CL550, so in a couple of years I will have to change. The salesman has sold me and my family about 7 Mercedes Benz vehicles in the last few years. He is not pushy, and is very helpful. More

This was my first service with Mercedes, I always had a cadillac, and they had rental cars to use while the car was being serviced, I was afraid that I would have to wait for hours, but it only took 2, and cadillac, and they had rental cars to use while the car was being serviced, I was afraid that I would have to wait for hours, but it only took 2, and I was happy that there were loaners, I did not need not need one, however, my husband picked me up. They treated me like I 'couldn't afford' a new Mercedes. I pulled up in my BMW X5 and couldn't believe their level of arrogance. I gladly went back to BMW and got a close out 2013 X5.
