Ed was a very friendly and knowledgeable service tech who quickly fixed the problem and then even delivered the car back to me with a full explanation of the problem. We were ready to downsize from a Land Rover to a crossover vehicle (but wanted to upgrade in quality). We test drove the GLK several times and decided that it met our needs. Very, very happy with it - even though we've only owned it for one day!!!! The staff were very friendly at every visit we made to the dealership. Mr Litwin was knowledgeable and most helpful. The waiting room was well equipped with snacks, drinks, and entertainment. All told it was a nice atmosphere to buy a car. We'll come back! More

This dealership isn't the least expensive, but then neither are the cars serviced. The quality of their work is uniformly excellent and the availability of loaners makes delays in delivery easier to ha neither are the cars serviced. They are very accommodating to customers whose availability changes at the last minute (8" Spring snowstorm) and allow loaners to be kept additional days to accommodate customer scheduling. The best news is that the dealership (50 miles from home now) is opening a branch operation 8 miles from home in another couple of months! More

As soon as we walked in we were treated with a smile by the receptionist and great attitudes! Great welcome by Ben and talked in depth on what & why we were here visiting this MB Dealerhip. Long story quickly, we looked into options and many questions and he was never pushy "What is it going to take for you to drive home today" lingo. We took a quick test drive came back and let him know we had to 'talk about it', never a second hesitation on further sales tatics you may get else where. He kept in contact with me via email on questions, etc... Then the 2nd Week going by I texted him early, mean early!.. on letting him know that we're on! He had the Car ready for us when my wife and I arrived, we're in there less than an hour! Outstanding Customer Service, everyone had great attitudes and there with any answers on any given question! Fritz was absolutely the best in customer service every step of the way. We were traveling in the area and our tension pulley froze up and our main drive belt broke. Without an appointment, Fritz took care of us and had the car repaired in one hour from the time we drove in. Mike Hoover was excellent in actually repairing our car quickly and professionally. All in all it was one of the best service experiences I have ever had, and I have had several in my 58 years.
