Do not waste your time here. Waited 3 months for a car to arrive that was ordered, came to pick it up and it is t what I ordered. I had an appt scheduled with Haydn Roberts to work on options on an end of a lease and he was the absolute worst. I am a young adult and I have never felt so degraded by an employee at ANY company. He did not allow me to ask any questions due to him continuously speaking over me. When I questioned the low ball numbers he provided me, he told me that Mercedes works with "real numbers" and if someone offered me anything other than that they are idiots. He was completely unprofessional and rude! He continuously moved his head forward and down making faces at me when all I was trying to do was get options for a lease buyout. He held onto my keys until he was done talking making me wait to leave and hear what he had to say about "real numbers". He mentioned my age immediately as I walked into his office and treated me like a fool ever since. He said he has been working there for 12 years during his rant about "real numbers" and it's a real shame that this is being tolerated at Mercedes. This is only a fraction of how poorly I was treated throughout my visit with Hayden. He also repeated himself a million times because he would not listen to my actual question. He cut me off every single time. I couldn't be more disappointed and upset about how poorly he treated me. More

I leased my car from MB of Westminster. It had 7000 miles on it. They agreed to service the car before I picked it up. When I picked it up, I noticed that the front camera was not working. I talked with Andre, who I believe is the head to service. He said that they would fix it, the fist time I brought it in. When I did, they said they would fix it for $1100.
