I called after noticing an oil leak on my ML320 Bluetec - oil stains on the floor as my wife backed out of the garage. I was immediately accommodated on a Saturday and provided a loaner. From the moment we were looking at a vehicle in your showroom David came over to ask how he could help. From there, he showed us several different SUV's from certified pre-owned to brand new. When we finally decided, he was so helpful in closing the deal. He also knew our purchase was being made right before leaving on vacation out of town so he scheduled our appointment for the follow up service to occur when we returned. That happened the first business day after our return so is now in the works. Next, we will contact David to schedule time with the person who goes over all of the internal "workings" and "gadgets" in our new car.
