We are new to Boulder and just tried a oil change and a tire rotation at Westminister Mercedes on September 25th. They told my wife to come in at 8 a.m. so my dropped the car off and my son and wife walke tire rotation at Westminister Mercedes on September 25th. They told my wife to come in at 8 a.m. so my dropped the car off and my son and wife walked across the street for breakfast. Thinking that shortly after breakfast the car would be done. They didn't get the car until 2 p.m. If they would of told her they needed the most of the day she would of made other arrangements. As she was driving away she noticed that the oil service light was still on so she immediately called the service department who told her they would not reset it for her and gave her instructions over the phone how to reset it. Guess what it didn't work. Maybe they didn't charge the oil. We will never go back. Terrible experience. More
