Within 15 minutes, the service rep efficiently processed the paperwork and transitioned me into a loaner vehicle. ⏱️ Since my external appointments didn't begin until 10:00 AM, I utilized the dealership's premium lounge to answer emails, catch up on work, and enjoy a cop of Starbuck brewed hot chocolate. Before I knew it, the service rep proactively located me to report that the vehicle was finished ahead of schedule. To optimize my time and save me the hassle of a formal return process, he took the loaner keys and personally transferred my belongings back to my car. 💼 By 10:10 AM, I was back on the road in a perfectly serviced, washed, and detailed vehicle.
