When I purchased my car in 2020, I received great service. Now, not so much. My service was supposed to cost approximately $500; it ended up costing $700. $200 was for brake service, but MB Westmont service. Now, not so much. I had my car serviced. Unfortunately the service department was so backlogged that the car dropped off on Monday was serviced on Thursday. Mercedes was kind enough to arrange and paid for enterprise rental for the four days. The ML 350 2006 car that is still in the dealership has a taillights recall. The taillights don’t work when the brakes are being used, and the taillights don’t work when the signals are being used. A Mercedes dealership tried replacing the bulbs, and it did not fix it. I was explained that the contacts are bad and they cannot be fixed because they are part of the car. Therefore the Mercedes factory has to replace the car. The Westmont dealership has refused to request a car replacement from the factory, and they also refused to send me an invoice. And they stole the loaner that they had given me from the private parking lot where I was at the time; they had Streets and Sanitation of Chicago tow it as an ID mismatch so they can release it to the owner, I.e the dealership. Our car is in the dealership since the 10th of May. And they have refused to give me a loaner back until this issue is resolved. More

I have been a loyal Mercedes Benz customer/owner since 2013 and returning customer of Westmont Mercedes Benz dealer for the 2nd consecutive year now. This experience is making me consider taking my business elsewhere and closer to home. More
