My car was there for 8 days , they offered no car , had to uber to a Dr Appointment, called every day to get the status, one response everyday, there's been an opened ticket but we don't know. On day 8 I went to go pick up my car and was slapped with a 1006.00 invoice. Absolutely not. Only told on the 7th day I needed a battery 675.49. What a ripoff. More

Had an appointment at Mercedes Westmont and Rob in the service Dept helped ,me. Rob got me in early, and actually did the work himself, he was able to fix my window switch / repair in a very short tim service Dept helped ,me.
