4 hours for a scheduled service vs estimated time of 1. 5 hours. Nothing unusual was found, and everything was in good condition. This took way longer than I was told. There was a problem with my windshield wiper. Twice I brought it to service. I realized then that service claimed it was replaced but it wasn’t.
