I was looking for an upgrade from my old 2010 GLK350 to a 2025 GLE350. As particular as I was with options, color, etc., I was struggling to find the one I was happy with until I came across a vehicle at the 2025 GLE350. David Legner called me to walk through the process for out-of-state purchasing, so I decided to fly out from California to look at the car and move forward with the purchase. David was an entertaining and professional - he ensured that I knew the key features of the car, and he also was proactive in organizing the shipping as well as MBUX registration. Kim was also patient in guiding me through the documents and explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciated that neither David nor Kim tried to force me to add warranties - I’ve personally had bad experiences with those in the past, and as an out-of-state buyer, I could not trust their assurances on coverages (nothing personal to them). The car was delivered five days after I flew back from Chicago, and it’s beautiful. I appreciate your hard work in making the purchasing and transporting process smooth! More
