Shannon was awesome! I brought my car in without an appointment because my engine light came on. She asked me if I was going to wait, I hesitated and she immediately to I brought my car in without an appointment because my engine light came on. She asked me if I was going to wait, I hesitated and she immediately told me she would get me into a loaner car. The entire transaction was so efficient! Shannon went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were fixed in a timely manner. Next time I need service, I would like Shannon to be my service agent! More

My service was handled by Kelli Christensen. She had sent me 4 e-mails but said she didn't know anything about the scheduled service as the e-mails are sent by Mercedes. She then entered my se She had sent me 4 e-mails but said she didn't know anything about the scheduled service as the e-mails are sent by Mercedes. She then entered my service info on her computer and entered in the wrong service to my vehicle. I caught it and told her it she entered the wrong service. She said it had this is what's entered, check and said this is the wrong service. This was a very good service department but if I hadn't been nosey in my appointment, I'd be coming back twice for the right service. She was not at all helpful.. More
