My service was handled by Kelli Christensen. She had sent me 4 e-mails but said she didn't know anything about the scheduled service as the e-mails are sent by Mercedes. She then entered my service info on her computer and entered in the wrong service to my vehicle. I caught it and told her it she entered the wrong service. She said it had this is what's entered, check and said this is the wrong service. This was a very good service department but if I hadn't been nosey in my appointment, I'd be coming back twice for the right service. She was not at all helpful.. More
