Great Service at MB White Plains My wife & I have leased 5-6 Mercedes-Benz from this dealership & one of the reasons we always go back to them is because of the level of service that My wife & I have leased 5-6 Mercedes-Benz from this dealership & one of the reasons we always go back to them is because of the level of service that we get at their dealership. We live about 45min. from the dealership, but whenever the vehicle needs service, Eric (from their service dept.) meets us at a location convenient to us to swap cars so we don't have to drive all that way- thus making routine services a breeze. Recently, my wife's car was in for a not so routine service. We were involved in a fender-bender & her E was in need of repair. Again, a member of the dealership met us close to our house, swapped vehicles with us, they dealt with insurance company, repaired my wife's car & delivered it to us looking good as new! The past 10yrs (or so), we have had the pleasure of working with Mercedes-Benz of White Plains on many levels- leasing new cars, servicing our cars & now doing body work on our car. Over the years, I have been more pleased / impressed with their dealership than any other dealership I have done business with in my life. More
