My exceptional experiences over the years at White Plains MB I've been purchasing vehicles and having my vehicles serviced at Benz Benz of White Plains since 2006 when I I left the previous Mercedes dealer with I've been purchasing vehicles and having my vehicles serviced at Benz Benz of White Plains since 2006 when I I left the previous Mercedes dealer with him I had been working and ultimately found to be unsatisfactory. Will aspects of this dealership from the owners to the receptionist are geared to satisfaction of the customer. I cannot say enough about my experiences with this dealership. With that said once you purchase a vehicle it's service and maintenance is primary. I have only dealt with one service agent at the dealership because he leaves nothing left to desire. I'm speaking about Mr. Eric Kekacs he is not only professional but knowledgeable and he follows up without exception every time that I bring my in for service.
