Helpful, knowledgeable, We bought the new, 2015 C-class recently and traded in our six year old Mercedes. Our salesman, Bruno Parisi, was excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to get us exactly what we wanted in the model we chose. At no time did we feel pressured, nor did he try to get us to buy what we did not want. In all, a pleasure to work with. One reason we bought at White Plains was the quality of the service we have had there over the past few years. We were not satisfied with the service at another dealer, but have been very pleased with the quality in White Plains. Angelo Scarnati has always been very helpful in this regard. So out experience has been good. Only complaint is not with the dealership, but I have to say the Mercedes manual for this highly sophisticated car is almost unreadable. Benz really should produce a better one, or, even better, have available a video manual -- not text, but audio and video explanations of the news systems.... More

Enjoyable and Easy I spotted the exact Mercedes that I wanted on the MB USA website so I drove over 300 miles roundtrip to purchase the E350. Prior to making my decision I communicated numerous times by phone and email with Alex Antiqua. He was nice to work with and simplified the process as much as possible. I was afraid when I got to the dealership that commitments would change, but they did not -- Alex kept his word. Since my purchase I have spoken with Alex numerous times for an understanding of some of the features and he has always been very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I spent a small amount of time speaking with Kelly Anderson on the possibility of buying additional services for the E350 and she also was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was disappointed in the trade-in value of my car and minor issues with detailing of the new car which included driving home on very overinflated tires. Overall I was pleased with Alex and this dealership and I got the MB that I had been searching for. More
