I was lucky to have been assigned Jennifer as my sales consultant as she made the purchase and my transition to a new vehicle a most pleasant one. She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about the features and technology within the vehicle. Driving a new car is always great, however in the past, the process of getting to the point of purchase is sometimes tedious and difficult—thanks to Jennifer, this wasn’t my experience this time. I will return to Jennifer when I am ready to trade in and will happily recommend her to others in the market for a new vehicle. More

My sales and service experience I had been doing business with another local Mercedes Dealership for about ten years during which I purchased 2 CPO and 2 New Mercedes Benz automobile I had been doing business with another local Mercedes Dealership for about ten years during which I purchased 2 CPO and 2 New Mercedes Benz automobiles from them I decided to change dealerships after having a bad sales experience with them. My first experience with Mercedes of White Plains was with Angelo Scarnati in the service department. Angelo has been taking care of the servicing of our 2012 ML350 for about a year or so. He is without a doubt a very knowledgable professional who goes out of his way to please his customers. About a month ago my wife and I, on a whim, took a ride to White Plains to look at a 2013 E350 Wagon that was advertised on their website. We were introduced to David Plumaj who showed us the vehicle and suggested we take a test drive. My wife fell in love with the car and we wound up trading in the ML350 and purchasing the Wagon. David was pleasure to deal with. We found him to be polite, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in his job. It was David's professionalism, and that of the General Manager and the Used Car Manager, that really sealed the deal. We walked away with everyone happy. It was a very good sales experience and because of it I have asked David to keep his eye out for a replacement for my SL 500.
