Alex was eager to help me solve my problem and make a sale. My BMW was totaled in an accident 10 days prior. I had been loyal to BMW for years and thought that it was the only brand I would ever drive. I was not feeling well due to the crash and had visited 6 different dealerships in the vicinity. I had 3 cars in mind that i thought would fit the bill. I was enticed to drive a mercedes sedan by a friend who has been a mercedes man most of his life. I fell in love with the CLA250. When we had issues with another employee I thought the day had been wasted. Alex took control of the situation with excellent listening and customer service skills. His was empathetic to my ordeal and treated me and my guest with the utmost respect and professional courtesy, in complete contrast to the 'manager' whom we had been abused by minutes before. Alex listens and understands people and their needs. I would definitely send him referrals and give him my future business. He deserves a raise for not losing his cool with the other employee while under pressure. Alex sold three cars on the day in question and it is clear to see that he has a desire to please customers while still upholding the high standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand. He is an asset to your dealership! Alex seamlessly handed us off to Kelly in finance. Kelly also understands how to treat people with dignity and respect. I felt like I knew her for 20 years. She is a very classy lady who definitely has all the answers. I came in with a pre-qualified loan from Bank of America, thinking it would speed up the process. She took it upon herself to research other lenders while I was waiting to take same day delivery of the vehicle and she found me a better rate by half a percentage point. I was thrilled. Every penny counts when you are forced to buy a new car because of a crash. If I ran a company I would be proud to have both of these employees work for me. They both understand the meaning of hospitality, customer service and integrity. More
