We came home with the car that we wanted and a monthly payment that we can affor I had a great experience buying a new car at Mercedes-Benz this week. We came home with the car that we wanted and a monthly payment that we can afford without compromising our budget. (I said that price was good, because for the customer price is never great... that's a rule!!!) Part of this great experience is due to the excellent work of Alex Antigua. He tried to match our desires and showed enormous patience and commitment. We arrived at Mercedes on a Saturday night, 30 minutes before closing time, planning to see the car only. Alex stayed late with us and without rushing entered in the negotiation that led us to buy our first Mercedes. He responded to all my questions and showed transparency in the negotiation process. In my case, feeling that I am not being financially cheated is more important than the price that I will pay. I left Mercedes with that impression. In addition, the service was fast, which was also very important because I am on my final week of classes before graduating. In sum, I thank Alex for his professionalism, and I hope that the great experience that I had buying the car extends throughout the three years that I will lease my car. More
