Someone needs to visit and streamline your loaner car process I was told I needed to give my credit card to get the loaner I was then asked to sign an electronic device that said the rental was ~$5 process I was told I needed to give my credit card to get the loaner I was then asked to sign an electronic device that said the rental was ~$53 I was then told I needed to pay for the gas used This is a “loaner” car, not a “rental” car!! The service tech pointed out all negative aspects of the vehicle, but nothing positive done (i.e. no vacuum or car wash offered.
