With an appointment for 7:15 am, I arrived at before 7 am , first in line. I was scheduled for a “schedule A” First the customer rep didn’t know I had an appointment 2. Thought I was there for a tire rep , first in line. I was scheduled for a “schedule A” First the customer rep didn’t know I had an appointment 2. Thought I was there for a tire repair ( which I had done previously and 3. My service wasn’t completed until 9:30am. That’s 2 and a half hours to do schedule A. Two customers who arrived after me came and left! Perhaps it was because my service was already prepaid and they didn’t get cash in hand upon my visit. More

Really great service Jason has helped us with all of our service needs we have 5 Mercedes cars from slr and sls to two class and an e with a 600 horsepower for my wife ! Everyone I came in contact with were professional, accommodating and courteous. Amid this pandemic, I was pleased to see everyone wearing masks, However I was a bit disappointed that we could not accommodating and courteous.
