They did a terrific job on my vehicle, very friendly service. Disappointed though for the 2nd time now, I have received my car back with grease marks all along the inside panel of my door. I think that’s very unprofessional coming from a high end dealer. I will have to think twice before going back here not because of the customer service , but because of the fact I have to clean my doors and leather each time I get my vehicle back. I think Mercedes should compensate at least something for this, Free Oil change or detail. More
