My car was not clean after the service, the head light needs to be reset. And I’m going to have to bring the car in to have that done, which is taking time from my day. This is my first Benz and my first experience with the service department. I was there to get a license holder installed. After driving through the garage door I was met by a very courteous young man wh service department. I was there to get a license holder installed. After driving through the garage door I was met by a very courteous young man who helped me get my walker out of the trunk. Then I went to the service counter where Fred helped with the holder. However, they did not have a holder in stock. Fred took me out to the sales manager and explained the situation. A salesman over hearing the problem went searching through the trunks of several cars in stock and found a holder; another fellow took the holder and installed it on the spot. In the meantime I was standing in the showroom when a oriental lady approached me with a chair to sit on while I was waiting and a bottle of cold water. This is what I consider AWESOME customer service and a fantastic team effort to help a new Benz owner. More
