This is my first Benz and my first experience with the service department. I was there to get a license holder installed. After driving through the garage door I was met by a very courteous young man wh service department. I was there to get a license holder installed. After driving through the garage door I was met by a very courteous young man who helped me get my walker out of the trunk. Then I went to the service counter where Fred helped with the holder. However, they did not have a holder in stock. Fred took me out to the sales manager and explained the situation. A salesman over hearing the problem went searching through the trunks of several cars in stock and found a holder; another fellow took the holder and installed it on the spot. In the meantime I was standing in the showroom when a oriental lady approached me with a chair to sit on while I was waiting and a bottle of cold water. This is what I consider AWESOME customer service and a fantastic team effort to help a new Benz owner. More

Fred Boyce is complicit in allowing the dealership to take advantage of a young women who had brought her car in for air bag recall and alignment. The car was driven in by a mechanic who reported it dri take advantage of a young women who had brought her car in for air bag recall and alignment. The car was driven in by a mechanic who reported it driving fine. After holding the car overnight for what was supposed to be a 2 hr repair they reported the car undriveable. They messed the car up so bad it could not be driven out of the dealership and proceeded to say they would fix it for $5400. Clearly trying to take advantage of a young women who they thought wouldn't know better. They now will be sued for this alleged fraud. Do not trust Delaware Mercedes repair dealership. You have been Warned. More
