Fred Boyce is complicit in allowing the dealership to take advantage of a young women who had brought her car in for air bag recall and alignment. The car was driven in by a mechanic who reported it dri take advantage of a young women who had brought her car in for air bag recall and alignment. The car was driven in by a mechanic who reported it driving fine. After holding the car overnight for what was supposed to be a 2 hr repair they reported the car undriveable. They messed the car up so bad it could not be driven out of the dealership and proceeded to say they would fix it for $5400. Clearly trying to take advantage of a young women who they thought wouldn't know better. They now will be sued for this alleged fraud. Do not trust Delaware Mercedes repair dealership. You have been Warned. More
