Tony was attentive, highly professional and very personable. As I was waiting onsite for my service to be completed, Tony informed me that the software update that was needed on my car could take a personable. As I was waiting onsite for my service to be completed, Tony informed me that the software update that was needed on my car could take a bit longer than expected, so he gave me the option of waiting, or bringing my car back when I had more time.
