My glass roof was damaged by a window tinting company, who refused to pay for the repair. Benz dealer charged me $169.00 to "diagnose" the problem so we could submit for insurance. They did not offer to pick up or deliver my car for me, even knowing that my husband was bedridden and couldn't drive me there. This caused much inconvenience to me as the car was not available when promised. The bill was $5,400, which was covered except for my copay. I felt the dealer should have refunded the diagnostic fee, as I cannot recoup it from anyone else. More
