It would have been cheaper to go elsewhere but I like that the dealership keeps track of my service history and they treat me like they know me. HiI was there for service. Before the appt I asked how Hi I was there for service. Before the appt I asked how long it will take and was told 1 and half hr. I brought my daughter. The wait ended up being Hi I was there for service. Before the appt I asked how long it will take and was told 1 and half hr. I brought my daughter. The wait ended up being 4 hrs. We had plans since I was told it will only take 1 plus hrs.. I had to ask when it will be done after 3hrs. Had they told me I would've arranged a ride and not waste time sitting there. We ended up canceling our plans. I have to think about this when I come in next time. More
