Deceptive information when I brought my car in for a tire replacement due to malfunction, I received a call stating the inside wall tore, in picking up my vehicle I asked to see the tire and was told it had replacement due to malfunction, I received a call stating the inside wall tore, in picking up my vehicle I asked to see the tire and was told it had a nail puncture, the thread look like it split with a square cut out!!! Continental tires which Mercedes put on their high end cars have horrific reviews, air bubbles in side walls, which occurred a month ago in the front tire, service insisted I hit a pothole which never happened!!! They replaced the tire and I had to go back the next day due to a rubbing noise, the new tire was defective and had to be taken off and replaced, Never going back!!!!! More

My request was promptly addressed, and my daughter and I went to take a test drive. From the first person I met to the last person I worked with, everyone was excellent. The moment we got out of our car, we felt welcomed and respected by anyone we encountered . Upon entering the showroom, we were pleased to see the effort taken to ensure our safety during COVID times. Everyone had on a mask, desks were appropriately spaced and every effort was made to make us feel safe and comfortable. Our salesperson, Samy, was terrific. He answered any and all questions I had, gave me all the information I needed and guided me into making an informed decision before purchasing the car. He was respectful, courteous and helpful throughout the process. He made sure that every little detail was just perfect before turning the car over to me. The sales person is the key for the right choice, I was looking for an SUV in the market. I went to BMW, VOLVO, Range Rover and different branches of MERCEDES. Although I visited all of them in my a I was looking for an SUV in the market. I went to BMW, VOLVO, Range Rover and different branches of MERCEDES. Although I visited all of them in my area, and being in all of these car galleries, I decided to drive one hour away from my town and visit Wilmington Mercedes. He introduction me to the car that they had in stock and I had decided to purchase my SUV from David. He is very knowledgeable. It took me only 20 minutes to trust him and purchase my car from "him". And after two hours I was on my way home with my new SUV. He even called me a few days after the purchase to check how I was getting along with the electronic features of my car and assured me that I can call him with any questions.
