Deceptive information when I brought my car in for a tire replacement due to malfunction, I received a call stating the inside wall tore, in picking up my vehicle I asked to see the tire and was told it had replacement due to malfunction, I received a call stating the inside wall tore, in picking up my vehicle I asked to see the tire and was told it had a nail puncture, the thread look like it split with a square cut out!!! Continental tires which Mercedes put on their high end cars have horrific reviews, air bubbles in side walls, which occurred a month ago in the front tire, service insisted I hit a pothole which never happened!!! They replaced the tire and I had to go back the next day due to a rubbing noise, the new tire was defective and had to be taken off and replaced, Never going back!!!!! More
