The moment we got out of our car, we felt welcomed and respected by anyone we encountered . Upon entering the showroom, we were pleased to see the effort taken to ensure our safety during COVID times. Everyone had on a mask, desks were appropriately spaced and every effort was made to make us feel safe and comfortable. Our salesperson, Samy, was terrific. He answered any and all questions I had, gave me all the information I needed and guided me into making an informed decision before purchasing the car. He was respectful, courteous and helpful throughout the process. He made sure that every little detail was just perfect before turning the car over to me. It was the most seamless, low pressure, organized purchase of a car I have had. I was truly impressed and would highly recommend Samy and the entire staff at Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington. More

The sales person is the key for the right choice, I was looking for an SUV in the market. I went to BMW, VOLVO, Range Rover and different branches of MERCEDES. Although I visited all of them in my a I was looking for an SUV in the market. I went to BMW, VOLVO, Range Rover and different branches of MERCEDES. Although I visited all of them in my area, and being in all of these car galleries, I decided to drive one hour away from my town and visit Wilmington Mercedes. He introduction me to the car that they had in stock and I had decided to purchase my SUV from David. He is very knowledgeable. It took me only 20 minutes to trust him and purchase my car from "him". And after two hours I was on my way home with my new SUV. He even called me a few days after the purchase to check how I was getting along with the electronic features of my car and assured me that I can call him with any questions.
