Would recommend with reservation. First, I asked that the blank front license plate holder be removed as it not necessary in Delaware. When I picked up the car, the holder was still there. When I went to remove it several weeks later, I discovered it was screwed directly thru the front bumper. Ruining the bumper cover! Now I know why it was “overlooked”. Second, while completing paperwork, the representative from the dealership wanted to sell me an extended warranty. I was interested until he was unable to produce anything except a general flyer from the warranty company. He was completely unprepared to discuss coverage or exceptions to the plan. Instead he just kept preaching on how complicated and expensive repairs are on a Mercedes. I almost did not buy the car based on this conversation alone. With the Coronavirus restrictions, I have not returned to the dealership to discuss the holes in the front bumper cover. More

Hours after scheduled completion they returned my car after ransacking my glove box and taking a small piece of jewelry from it. Although the financial value was less than $200 the emotional value was much more. I immediately requested a call from a manager and two days later received a call from Dave who responded “no. My guy said he didn't do it”. Really Dave? Please do yourself a favor and find another dealer for service. I’m not one to write negative reviews but please. R U N from this dealership K K More

Everything was fantastic except for... the keys. Everything about the transaction was flawless. The only problem I had is, that is wasn't apparent until the end of the deal that the vehicle only had Everything about the transaction was flawless. This wasn't too much of a problem until I priced how much it cost to purchase another (key Fob), for a car I just purchased. I would have thought that the vehicle would have two keys in preparation to be sold. More
Complaint BE AWARE! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER!! I am a returning customer. Twice, I have leased from this dealer S560 with a very high MSRP. First time, my BE AWARE! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER!! I am a returning customer. Twice, I have leased from this dealer S560 with a very high MSRP. First time, my car came with missing options and I let it go as they did not try to resolve the situation. I was waiting for that car for 5 months. This time when I received my new car on May 15th, 2020, I discovered that I've been sold a lemon, the car was painted and this was supposed to be a BRAND NEW vehicle. Very sloppy and unprofessional work was performed (as per authorized Mercedes Benz body shop, report, pictures and videos are available). There are spray paint marks all over the trunk rubber strips and on the top of the trunk interior fabric, bumper sensors over painted. Top portion of the rear left quarter is blended with stains. That's what really indicated and initiated the investigation that was already completed. I immediately contacted Dealer, Mike Manley who introduced himself as a GM. In all reality, per MB USA (complaint filed as well, accepted, case number was issued) this gentleman is registered as a sales manager. Mr. Manley instead of trying to resolve the issue or at least look into it, NICELY OFFERED ME TO HAVE A NICE DAY AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. To date dealership did not make any attempts to contact me regarding resolution. Stay away! More

This was one of the easiest purchasing experiences for me. My sales person listened to my needs, allowed me to test drive and delivered the vehicle directly to my driveway after we agreed to the price. me.
