Not a pleasurable experience. Sales manager Dru is incredibly rude and does not care about the car he’s selling or his customer. Matter of fact threatening me as to when I was allowed to pick up the car. Told me if I didn’t pick the car up in 3 days it would be sold to someone else. That’s after the purchase agreement was signed and it was paid for in full. Upon arrival I stood around the dealership for over an hour to even see the car. Cash deal and car was paid for prior to arrival still took over 2 hours to get the paperwork done. Finance manager was rude and walked out on me, no handshake , no thank you, nothing just up and walked out when done with paperwork. I’ll be leaving a more thorough review on google but I would never recommend this dealership. I expected better from the dealership especially being a Mercedes dealer. More
I have fast and friendly service. I stopped by randomly to just get a pricing for my next vehicle purchase and drove off the lot with a C-Class! I will be back in the fall when my lease is up on my other c to just get a pricing for my next vehicle purchase and drove off the lot with a C-Class! Test drive was perfect. So I go in to talk money and I was given a Finance person who was in training. When I go in 2 days later I get the true Finance guy who told me to forget anything I was told before was given a Finance person who was in training. The next day I had issues with the breaks/rotors squeaking that did not occur prior. Funny thing is it only happens when I’m backing out - the car was parked for me to just drive out the dealership so did not realize the issue until I was backing out of the garage on my way to work. I called the issue in and they said it was my issue, however they want me to be happy and would fix it. I took the car in and well it wasn’t fixed- they put in the notes the car may still have the issue? Really? I know the game - document the details, but not what was actually discussed. Registration not completed on time- purchased the car 2 months ago. I’m told by MBoW that DMV is behind schedule - DMV says they don’t have paperwork? I would NEVER recommend this place to a friend - maybe an enemy. This is the 3rd Benz I’ve had - the first I’ve brought from MBoW and the last. If I ever hear of anyone wanting to by a Mercedes Benz I would tell them to NOT by it from the Wilmington dealership and or to have any service done as they would be wasting money and their time. More

I went into the sales department to get information on some of the models and spoke with Samy. I told him I was only looking at this point. He let me test drive 3 different models and was very knowledgeab some of the models and spoke with Samy. I told him I was only looking at this point. He let me test drive 3 different models and was very knowledgeable about the features. I was impressed that he took the time to answers my questions knowing I’m not ready to purchase. I will go to this dealership for my vehicle when the time comes. Thanks to Samy for the great experience!!! More
