Air bag Recall with loaner Went very well, my service advisors are great Tony and Jason. Had B service On E class and GLK and rear brakes completed. Techs are good as well service tends to be just a bit pricey if you don’t have the service special award coupons. Wish they would bring back the point system for people like myself in which the entire family in our household only drive Mercedes Benz !!! More
Stayed late to get me on the road My battery died and my car had to be towed this dealership. I had no other transportation and I had no one to pick me up. Due to difficulty wit gettin My battery died and my car had to be towed this dealership. I had no other transportation and I had no one to pick me up. Due to difficulty wit getting my car on the rollback, arrived at 5:00pm after most the technicians left for the day. I rode with the tow truck and had no one to call. Jason told me not to worry, he’d figure something out. He was able to get a new battery in my car and I was out of there in a little over 30 minutes. Everyone treated me kindly despite my arriving at their quitting time. Love this dealership More
