I called internet sales while drivin After working with another dealer, negotiations broke down when that dealer could not explain simple math to me. I called internet sales while driving on my way to a hair appointment, spoke with him and, after a quick return call, was able to beat the deal. That very evening, Glenn turned us over to Dave who finished the paperwork, showed us the car and provided absolutely excellent customer service. Dave also followed up a few days later to be sure that we didn't have any questions (our newest car is a 2007E-class so there were quite a few new features to learn). Then, to top it all off, the business manager called me to say that, as the saying goes, there was a bank error in my favor. Overall, this has been a terrific experience (and I just love my new car!)
