I reached out to 3 other dealers in the DC metro area, and all of the sales reps insisted I come in to the dealer to "negotiate" the best deal! No thanks. I don't want the "manager" to go thru their sales pitch. There are enough tools and resources to determine a fair price. Carlos made the sales process of buying a car extremely easy. Not to mention, he drove my new GL450 to me and saved me hours of drive time and paperwork. He picked up my trade in, I signed a few documents and that was it! Call him, you will not be disappointed!
