I'm usually in a dealership for hours but Carlos and Dru made this the absolute best experience I could ever ask for. I had a minor issue with a tire and Carlos addressed it in a timely manner. Carlos A. was very helpful throughout the process and was transparent on what he could do on pricing. David G. was also great and took the time to show me features on car and offered to do the same for my wife. He took his time to provide background on cars and answer all my questions. I bought both cars since I was so pleased with fair and competitive pricing which I compared to similar cars on the market. Worth the 2 hour trip! I have been looking to trade my CLA250 2014 for some time for a GLK350. The reason for trading my vehicle was the size, I needed a SUV since I recentl I have been looking to trade my CLA250 2014 for some time for a GLK350. The reason for trading my vehicle was the size, I needed a SUV since I recently had my first newborn. I saw online what I thought was the GLK I have been looking for so I made the risky 2 hour trip to DE trusting the sales person (Jeff) over the phone and the information he sent over via email. Once I got there, I realised the car was not certified and when I test drove it, It had vibrations while stopping which I requested to be checked. There was also a noise under the driver seat that sounded like a metal screw stuck inside the car and you could hear the noise while stopping or accelating. Dissapointed I was ready to walk out when Carlos, manager came to assist me and see what they could do to help me. Thankfully they were able to fix the issues and in less than 2 hours the vehicle was like brand new. They also gave me a good deal in finance! They go above and beyond their call of duty to be able to make the sales happen and for you experience good customer service even if it has to cost them more for you to be happy. Overall they were able to make up for everything I had doubts of. Highly recommend this dealer and their team. Thank you Carlos! More

Worst sales person David just stealing money from customers When I fist visited it's wonderful receive by David, Then I chose GLE 350 he said he don't have that car but he vl get it. He asked me put deposit I did that after 3 days he called me and said he didn't got the car what I was looking for and said only one available in whole USA, then I said let me check other options I waited two more days he called back said he is not able to locate car if search takes more time then I need to go back and sign another document. I asked so I can cancel if I want he said yes( my bad this conversation happend over phone) but I have his voicemail saying similar to that. Then I went nearest delar asked about car ( Chester PA, dolly stone PA) they said they have cars in there inventory so he is bluffing to the customers to get deposit then I took that car and informed this guy cancel deal. Now problem start no response not giving money back. This whole delar ship staff customer money stealers. This is my experience with this guys so don't go with this delar ship. Another thing go with Costco program you vl get good delar not like this thieves. More
