Bought a used Audi TDI I bought a used 2013 Audi TDI without any hassle or negotiating and everyone at the dealership was nice (of course). I researched this car for a few m I bought a used 2013 Audi TDI without any hassle or negotiating and everyone at the dealership was nice (of course). I researched this car for a few months and was specifically looking for a car with great gas mileage, good performance and compact. The VW Diesel Scandal broke a few weeks following the purchase and I contacted the dealership and asked if they would consider taking back the car because I felt a very large auto dealer organization (Mr. Rafih) could handle a recall and loss of value, better than an individual owner. This was 2 weeks after the purchase. The first time I contacted the dealership no one responded. The second time I contacted the GM and he said he felt bad but that's not their policy to take back a car. Even one that is going to be recalled, lose its value after the fix because it will affect fuel efficiency and performance. The two things I paid for. Aside from the fact that I'm now driving a polluting car. Taking back an illegal car that I paid $20K within 2 weeks of purchase should not be an issue for a car dealership that regularly sells $200K cars. More

At first I was a little nervous to actually go in to buy a new car because I do not like the stereotypical pushy salesman attitude. But I was so relieved and happy to see that he was not like that at all. Carlos Arias really made the car buying experience very comfortable for me which made me actually buy the car. He gave me the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had with the best customer service. When I arrived home, I noticed that the front cup holder was missing so I recently purchased a one year old CPO e class from Drew at this dealership. When I arrived home, I noticed that the front cup holder was missing so I called Drew and he promised to send it to me right away. I called back a week later when it hadn't arrived and Drew again promised he would send it right away. A week later when it hadn't arrived arrived, I called the sales manager Al and he promised to send it to me. A week later when it hadn't arrived, I called Al back. I am still waiting to hear from Al. I guess I'll be buying a new cup holder for sixty bucks. I am done with these guys. More
Buyer beware - Get it in Writing! We greed on a price on a used car - I offered deposit was told that they prefer to do the paperwork on Monday because Saturday was busy day. Monday comes - no paperwork - Scott tells me to send them a copy of my license and insurance information. I send the license and ask for an invoice - never got it. I worked with Soctt Zeilinski and "his manager" Al Helmuth". Tuesday comes hoping to work out final details and was told - " we sold the car Monday night!" My advice - get it in writing because what they say is clearly not what they do. Interesting business practices! More
