My car shoppint experience with Mercedes-benz of Wilmington was nothing short of wonderful. My wife and I were in the market for a certified-preowned vehicle and our initial contact was with Bill D Wilmington was nothing short of wonderful. My wife and I were in the market for a certified-preowned vehicle and our initial contact was with Bill Dericco. Bill did a great job of explaining our finance options and giving us options from an inventory standpoint. Later in the day, once we were prepared to come in, we were introduced to Sean Minor who was fantastic to deal with. Sean is kind, genrerous with his time and educated us all aloing the way. Finally, we spoke with Carlos Arias who explained our financing options in detail and help us make the best decision from us. All of the gentlemen approached our interaction in a consultative manner and we never felt any pressure to make a decision thought we walked in 30 minutes before the dealer closed and stayed an additional 90 minutes to close the deal. Thanks again gentlemen for all of your hardwork and for making this the most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. More
