Met Michael because I was awaiting service being done to my 2003 SL500, which I've been in love with since 2003. (The others who have helped me are good, too, but Rick's manners, telephone explanations and service skills are the best and very much appreciated.) Never feel as though Rick is "bothered" by my requests and questions. He is calm and polite...an asset to your Service Dept. Michael encouraged me to take home the E350 to show my husband. We both liked the E350 because it fits our present lifestyle. The car is a great transition from my SL500. (The color - Capri being exactly the same helped me decide.) Michael was excellent...feels like I've known him all my life. He saw to it that all my needs were met at the Dealership. He took the lead in taking me to meet Dave Busby and then to Bob in "Parts" for setting up bluetooth. These guys are all wonderful. Truly, if Michael had not been so personable and kind in his approach, I would not have purchased a new vehicle. I would have thought and thought about it for another year (as I had the previous year or two.) Thanks Michael, for excellent encouragement (salesmanship). Mercedes would do well to keep you. Before approaching Mercedes Benz of Wilmington I shopped around few Vehicle Dealers in the area, initially almost every dealer said they cannot fit any new vehicle in my budget. And I quit making showroom visits and started doing my internet search and asked Scott Zielinski from Mercedes Benz Wilmington online for an appointment for the 1st Friday of October. He asked me to come and visit their dealer ship a week early since they are going through end of month & quarter sales and they will make every effort to fit a new vehicle in my budget. When I went to the Mercedes Benz show room same day evening (a week earlier that I planned), I was introduced to Michael Sassone who went over my requirements and showed me their range of vehicles, I test drove couple of them. I went home to check my options and also to discuss with my family. Next Day, almost every dealer I visited called me back multiple times reducing their initial price every time they call back. But, being impressed by the professionalism shown by Michael Sassone - I went back to him even though I had few other options. He went over my budgetary requirements; he gave me the available options.
