My wife and I were treated with a level of professionalism and courtesy that are not typically found at a car dealership. There wasn't the pressure to make a purchase but more of an education professionalism and courtesy that are not typically found at a car dealership. My wife & I went to Mercedes of Wilmington to look at alternatives to replace her Lexus IS250 AWD. We just had intentions of test driving a Certified Pre-owned & New C300 4Matic. I just bought a one year old car from Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington. The salesman, Marlon Sutton, was very helpful and understood my time value. My intentions on my visit to the dealer was to just look around at different vehicles. Wasn't expecting to purchase any vehicle on my first visit. Talked to Michael Sassone about possibly upgrading.
