I gave it one Star because I was able to get same day appointment and my initial encounter with Brad was good. THE WHOLE TEAM NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING..everyone from the secretary to Manager (Jeff appointment and my initial encounter with Brad was good. THE WHOLE TEAM NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING..everyone from the secretary to Manager (Jeff)!!! Poor communication & not considerate of the customer’s time at all. The Service Dept. had the vehicle for more than 24hrs without bothering to reach out with an update. When I picked up the vehicle the next day, they still couldn’t tell me why the check engine light was on. I made it very clear that I was from out of state and need to return home asap. COMMUNICATION is a basic skill that any service provider should possess. Luckily, they didn’t charge me for wasting my time. More
