Not very happy. I had a coupon for 15% of any service over $500 and was told that I cannot use it unless I pay $750 for service B. Unfriendly staff (all but one that I interacted with). Staff wearing no masks or, down under their nose. The WORST waiting area I’ve ever seen at a luxury car dealer (owned BMWs and Porsches prior). Everything was easy and smooth as promised. Only issue was car wash at end was very poorly done.
