I am having further problems with MERCEDES Benz dealership in Wilmington. I received a letter stating that they can NOT finance the preowned vehicle that I purchased. A month ago. They agreed to f dealership in Wilmington. I received a letter stating that they can NOT finance the preowned vehicle that I purchased. A month ago. They agreed to finance 3.99 special rate. For 6 years. FOr 48.000.00. There was NO transparency in This deal. I am fortunate that I found another way to finance my car other wise I would be having a major problem. The customer service Is awful. The reason they gave was NOT enough income. My credit rating is high, they knew I was on a fixed income. I have purchased cars before using MERCEDES Benz financing. The scratch on my car from the last service was fixed but they did a horrible job. I think I could have done a better job. They didn’t buff it and Also not blended it in with the rest of the paint. I brought my car for diagnosis and pop change. They kept my car for the weekend and said the water pump issue would be fixed because it’s covered by warranty. I came in for a recall on the airbag. I made an appointment the week before. I drive 35 mins to get there, sit in waiting room for 45 mins then told the airbag I was ordered but not in stock.
