After B Service on 7/20/21 the Check engine light came on. Was told it was due to low voltage, then found out that it was due to a cracked valve which was done during the B service. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a car here 11 months ago and I am still waiting for my tags and registration. I paid for them to take care of all of this and almost 1 year later , nothing here 11 months ago and I am still waiting for my tags and registration. I’ve talked to 2 different managers numerous times. They both made empty promises , making up excuses. The last time I called I was informed that both of them no longer work there. Didn’t satisfy my what you owe me. On 2 occasions they did not satisfy the additional work they were supposed to do. I still have scratches in the hood . Looks like detailer messed up the paint job.
